1. About JANAVEDIKA
JANAVEDIKA is a multilingual community platform owned and operated by Synvertix Technologies Pvt Ltd. It provides an online space for public discourse, civic discussions, interest-based groups, and community participation across Indian languages.
2. Account Registration and Responsibility
To access certain features of JANAVEDIKA, you may create an account using your email address or mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Use of the Platform and Content
JANAVEDIKA allows users to create posts, publish comments, join and manage community groups, send direct messages, and customize their profiles. You retain ownership of your user-submitted content, while granting JANAVEDIKA the license necessary to host, display, and distribute your content across the platform.
All activity must comply with our Community Guidelines and Content Policy.
4. Membership and Paid Services
Core browsing, participation, and basic community features on JANAVEDIKA are free. JANAVEDIKA offers optional, fixed-duration micro-memberships (Monthly Rs 11 and Annual Rs 101) to support platform operations and unlock additional member features.
Memberships are fixed-duration, do not automatically renew, and are separate from identity verification.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
To preserve a safe community environment, JANAVEDIKA provides reporting mechanisms and moderation tools. Content violating our policies may be removed or restricted, and accounts engaging in severe or repeated violations may be suspended or banned by platform administrators.
